Quality Manager
As a quality manager you will work closely with project managers and experts to ensure that deliverables meet defined requirements. The successful candidate enjoys coordinating, assuring, and improving quality assurance processes in a fast-developing environment.
Main Tasks
- Plan, coordinate, and document quality management processes
- Define methods and metrics for quality assurance and measurement
- Conduct quality assessments and reviews
- Coach employees in quality standards and processes
- Develop proposals for improvement of the quality management process
- Develop periodical reports on quality and risk
- University degree in business or engineering disciplines
- Sound knowledge and proven track record in quality management in the
financial services industry - Project experience and test management know-how
- Good organisational, conceptual, and communication skills
- General banking know-how and CMMI knowledge of an asset
- Fluency in English and German mandatory
